What are the available features on Eclipse IDE for macOS for accesibility? There is a professional who is a developer and he struggles within Eclipse IDE because of the lack of accessibility features and integration with Voice Over on macOS.

Is there some plug-ing/add-on we could install on Eclipse to improve the reading of its components, menus, sub-menus, views, perspectives, etc?

I do appreciate any guidance from the community.
