Eclipse IDE 2020‑06 and Eclipse Package [message #1831048]

I want to understand the Difference Between Eclipse IDE 2020‑06 and the Eclise Package. If I install One of the Eclipse Packages like Java Script, Do I have to install the " Eclipse IDE 2020‑06" first or when I install the package, It will install both aplications. Can I add other packages like SAP Hana ?

Any help would be apreciated.

It's probably good too look at this link that compares what's in the packages:

In the end, each downloadable package is just a combination of installed features, any of which you can install into any IDE via Help -> Install New Software... choosing a release train repository URL such as http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2020-06 as the source. Of course you can install things form Marketplace Client as well. So pick a package that has most of the things you want and not so many of the things you don't want, and then install the things you want as well.
