I want to build new IDE on the basis of cdt-9.11.1 as RCP application and add to it my own plugins.

I know that I must use PDE and create configuration product file based on features for it.

I must include features from cdt-9.11.1 and some other settings In configuration file.

So where can I find configuration product file for building RCP application based on CDT, for example configuration product file for building eclipse-ide-cc-developers (https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/2020-03/r/eclipse-ide-cc-developers-includes-incubating-components) ?
