Eclipse User

1. If I have a verison suporting specific "feture" - in my case pkg-config , when I do "software upadete all" which will get me 2020-06
will I loose the "pkg-config"?

2. Same as above - can I do "software update all " from20xx to 2020-03 ?
In other words can I select to WHICH release to update?
