Dear Eclipse team
I am an individual researcher, I created a user ID, to log-in your site, few months ago but do not know if I am eligible to use the application or not. I followed the instructions to install it (though it was not successful) and also the steps to use the app.

Can you help me (if I am not eligible) and advise me of another app in modelling infectious disease.
