I'm using Eclipse IDE for PHP Developers Version 2020-06 (Includes Incubating Components) on Windows 10 Home.

Is there any way to get Task Tags (like TODO and FIXME) in .js files to register as tasks and show up in the Tasks view? I could never get them to show up in previous recent versions of Eclipse using the settings in Preferences, but this version of Eclipse doesn't have any JavaScript settings, and the filter on the Tasks view doesn't include "JavaScript Tasks" as an option.

You might consider asking WildWebDeveloper maintainers: https://github.com/eclipse/wildwebdeveloper

Or install old-school JSDT. It's available via install menu.
