Hi,
From sirius specification editor , you can create and customize diagrams to a large extent. But, for a project i want to create the note attachment in the sirius specification editor and assign the source and the target there, rather then selecting it from the palette in the diagram editor in the new instance and perform the connections.
It seems in the sirus specification editor, it is not possible to create note attachments. But is there any work around?

Hello,

The note attachments available in the palette of a diagram editor is used to add information on a diagram. It may be linked to a diagram element representing a semantic element, but the note attachment itself is purely a "graphical" information (no impact on semantic resources). Therefore you can't specify it on your Sirius specification editor because you can't map it to a metaclass.
However, if it is the note attachments "look" that you like, and want it to display some semantic information, a node mapping can have a style note.

Best regards,
Steve
