Hello,
From the Glossary: An Operational Role is a set of coherent Operational Activities that can be realized by one or more Operational Entities or Actors, and should be considered as a whole. It is a mean to structure these Activities, and to share them between several Operational Entities or Actors.
The Operational Role diagram shows Roles and the Operational Activities and Interactions associated to them. They do not show Entities: what is highlighted is the dependencies and interactions between roles, independently of "who" is in charge of a role.
