Eclipse loop "sending classpath notifications" [message #1827818]

My version info:
Version: 2020-03 (4.15.0)
Build id: 20200313-1211
Windows 10

After starting eclipse, it keeps on "sending classpath notification", the eclipse session is frozen with a continuously running circle and is not responsive.

Help please to get eclipse running again

I disabled all the Spring stuff and it seems to resolve the issue.
I was using JavaFX with a lot of controllers and .fxml and I was considering using Spring to streamline the many controllers, so disabling Spring is not a long term solution when using FX.
Any insight and advice appreciated.
