CDT indexer on big cmake project [message #1827755]

I'm facing some problems when try to use autocomplete or find some functions inside my project.

Recently the toolchains was changed to use all with cmake and includes some generated code. After that the big amount of generated code doesn't was indexed and I can't go automatically for the functions or autocomplete.

It's something wrong when using the cmake? I have cmake4eclipse pluggin.

Sometimes i got errors on heap size that ask to reboot eclipse... Is always when run index.

Basically I know that with some changes on eclipse configuration I can solve my problem, but don't know what changes to do.
