I have downloaded the latest version of JAVA SE 14, I have updated the path of the variable. This happens when I try to create new project

Eclipse V: 2020-03 (4.15.0)
JAVA SE 14.0.1
JAVA 8u251

Add its location to the Installed JREs preference page and check its box so that it is the default. Note that Java 14 technically does provide a JavaSE-13 execution environment, it just happens to provide more as well.

I tried to pick from the drop down, it shows Java 13 as the latest

When you say, Add its location to the Installed JREs preference page, do you mean here

Oh, I see. The problem is that 14 isn't selectable? For 2020-03 you'll need to install https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/java-14-support-eclipse-2020-03-415 to have Java 14 support--Java 14 was only released the day before 2020-03 shipped. I expect it'll be included in 2020-06.
