Hello - New to this and thank you for the amazing resource that STEM is.

I have been unable to run the Corona model. I try to step through it and get to this error message - "An internal error occurred during: "Polygon Refresh".
Java heap space"

I wonder if anyone can offer an insight about what might help. I am running this on ubuntu 18.x

Hi Tony.

I got that error what you have too, when i ran ncov model at first time.

I don't remember exactly what i did for that situation, but I think I increased the memory size that allocated to STEM.

See this guide first STEM Wiki (https://wiki.eclipse.org/STEM_Installation_Guide). I'm not sure that there was a guide for Ubuntu users.
