Could some knowledgeable person save me some time and frustration asking Mrs Google for help and getting entangled in "obsolete documentation " ?

( Yes, RTFM does not always gives current info - so why is it still on net ?)

Is there a configuration to tell Eclipse to automatically
clear "Problems -> Description " tab / view after EACH new build ?

( Doing it manually gets tiresome...)

How can I stop Eclipse giving "Problems -> Description " on project NOT currently active?

Cheers

PS
I run Eclipse on Linux.

Eclipse documentation, like the code, is updated by volunteers.
Consider volunteering yourself.

Eclipse Bugzilla has a way to report documentation errors.
Here's the one for CDT documentation.

It often will be cleared on each build but some problems are sticky for some reason and must be manually deleted.

Delete the problem listings for inactive projects and don't build them.
Close the inactive projects.
