hello all ... i downloaded Eclipse IDE 2020‑03 .. when i try to start installation opens the browser and taking me to this link :

what i have to do please .. i have windows 10 64 bit.

You have to install Java. You could install this version of Java 8:

https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase-jdk8-downloads.html

Be sure to choose the 64 bit version, currently: jdk-8u251-windows-x64.exe
