I could not install the latest version of Eclipse for Java on my computer, can you help me with that. I have attached the error log thanks.

I can see it says there is no write access to file:/C:/Users/Jwalit/.p2/pool, but also that you're installing into C:\Users\Jwalit.000. Have you been renaming your user folder? Delete the .eclipse folder and the .p2 folder in your home folder if you've renamed your home folder.

I have tried to create a new folder but it will not let me install it there because it is 'ready only'. How to get pass that? I have deleted the folders. You can see the image attached.

You don't have write access to C:\Users nor would I expect you've have such write access. Don't install to a folder for which you don't have write access. Install into your real home folder or to some disk location where you have write access.
