In the source view i can see there is the xml code,how is this code generated ? i need to retrieve it because i want to query it but i can't understand which class is responsible of generating such code .

This is a big topic. BPMN is based on XML. The Eclipse BPMN Plugin uses EMF (Eclipse Modelling Framework) to generate XML into Model and vice versa. If you want to learn about this you need to take a look into https://www.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/
