How do I view the Data Hierarchy tab? [message #1822132]

I am using Eclipse IDE 2019-12 (4.14.0).

I want to see the class inheritance of the entire project. I have read that there is a Data Hierarchy tab but cannot see it under project properties. I have also read that it must be configured under Preferences but I cannot find it. Where is it?

The Data Hierarchy is a plugin available at the Eclipse Marketplace.
You will probably have a better chance of having your questions answered by the developers.
