Latest Eclipse 2019-12 Missing SVN [message #1821967]

I installed latest eclipse 2019-12 (4.14.0) but I don't see anywhere SVN being installed

If I go to eclipse > Windows > Show View > Other, I don't see SVN at all.

And if I go to Help > Install New Software > Collaboration, SVN does not show up there either

How do I install SVN so I can work with SVN repository from Eclipse?

SVN support has never come with any of the packages, There are these two apparently available:

https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/subclipse
https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/subversive-svn-team-provider

But I don't see an update site for the former and quite a few problems with installation of the latter.
