Hyperlink not working as intended [message #1821940]

I have 2 tables in my report which have the columns of Timestamp. On clicking on the Timestamp from the first table, I want to move to the closest timestamp in the next table. No 2 Timestamps in the 2 tables match. How can this be solved in the first table's hyperlink?
