I Use Eclipse-committers-2018-09-win32-x86-64.zip and
jdk-10.0.2-windows-x64_bin.

The org.eclipse.core.runtime. IProgressMonitor declaration does not work.

Red Icon with IProgressMonitor accessible from more one module :
org.eclipse.core.contenttypes, org.eclipse.core.jobs, org.eclipse.core.runtime,
org.eclipse.equinox.common, org.eclipse.equinox.preferences, org.eclispe.equinox.registry, org.eclispe.osgi.

What are the Required Plugins-in in the Dependencies of the MANIFEST-MF ??

What was the exact error message? What does your MANIFEST.MF look like now? And why are you continuing to use JDK10 (it was obsoleted by JDK11, and it might be relevant to this)?
