Hello Community

I have Eclipse IDE for Java Developers ver 2019-09 (4.13.0) installed on Win 7 PC with several projects configured.
I have now made this PC dual boot for Win 7 and Win 10, and installed the Eclipse IDE on the Win 10 os.
I would like to open the same projects with all the same settings, environment etc in Win 10 as they were configured on the Win 7 os
How do I do this ?
BTW I am NOT an Eclipse power user.
