Thanks for your response to my treads.

I am trying to open a project
Database Development perspective (Oracle). I am getting Ping Failure while testing the connection.

I am using

Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Version: Indigo Service Release 2
Build id: 20120216-1857

Database Connection

Ping failed
