Hi all,

I use the Birt Viewer service in Tomcat 8.5.38.
The checkMax software told me the axis.jar in Birt has security problem as below
CVE-2019-0227(sorry, I am a new user so I cannot include links to external sites)
So, how can I update this axis.jar or this is not a problem in using Birt viewer service?
