Adding "new software" using "Local" file " Archive " [message #1817563]

Eclipse User

I get no reaction , no "Next" Or "Finish" buttons are responding when I "ADD" reference to "Local" file.
Also the end of copied string has "!/" .
Is that OK ?
I cannot remove it.

A - jar:file:/media/z/DEV_COPY_LABEL/STM32CubeMX/Eclipse_plug-in/en.stsw-stm32095/plugins/com.st.microxplorer.help_5.1.0.201902221714.jar!/

Addendum
Is it possible that Eclipse does not like the plug-in file Java version?
If so , how do I find out the .jar file Java version ?
Can I install multiple Java versions in Eclipse 2019-09 ?
