Both "New" and "New Project" are missing JavaFX in their "Select a wizard" dialogue.

Eclipse Version: 2019-09 R (4.13.0)
JavaFX loaded from 3.6.0

Interestingly Installation Details show version 3.5.0:

e(fx)clipse - Minimal JavaFX OSGi integration bundles 3.5.0.201902220600 org.eclipse.fx.runtime.min.feature.feature.group Eclipse.org

*** This problem reported in message #1803471 ***

I'm still looking for a solution.

OK, I understand. So what's the easiest (best) way to create a new JavaFX project? Should the tutorials be updated?
