Eclipse Report Viewer does not pick up changes in jsp files [message #1816241]

Hello Community

Version: 4.8.0.v201806261756
Build id: v20180626-1756
windows 10, java 1.8.0_144

I can make any change and remove the jsp files all together, but the
changes are not picked up by web viewer launched via eclipse (jetty server).
images, ajax, styles folder changes are picked up as expected.

Is there a config that I have missed or caches to clean?
