There are different splash screens on 2019-09, depending on which was first installed, JDK or CDT.

The image in splash1 is JDK first, and splash2 is DCT first.

How come?

Each of different EPP products (the packages you download or install with the installer) may or may not brand their products with specialized splash screens or just inherit the default one from the underlying platform project.
