Just to advise members that Eclipse 2019-09 DOES NOT YET allow integration of the new version of Java (jdk-13) which has come out in the last week.

Members using Java 13 in other IDEs must therefore RETAIN the previous Java version (jdk-12.0.1) in their Java folder until Eclipse has integrated it in their next update.

Note that you can install this to update the 2019-09 IDE to support Java 13:

In Eclipse 2019-09R you will have to enable preview to use some of the new Java 13 features, e.g. text blocks.
Don't enable previews for ALL projects, just do so for the new project via:
Right-click on the project >> Properties >> Java Compiler
Now check Enable preview features for Java 13
