Hi, I'm trying to configure the Tomcat Sever with Java Eclipse EE, and I don't understand why it keeps thinking that the server and/or web module are already using ports 8080 and 8009.

If you look at the image I've attached, the stop button is grayed out, and under the servers tab, the server and TomcatTest module both say synchronized and/or stopped (thus it seems to me that they aren't running). So what is the problem?

Sam, you already asked this exact question in https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/1100496/ . You seemed to have missed the reply for more information that you got there.
