How to hide part of text in xtext editor [message #1814130]

Hi,

I am using xtext. So i want to hide part of text in Xtext editor. I have seen the option "folding" but that is not what i was expecting, it should hide completely. For example in word document there is an option "Hide", it will hide the complete selected text.
Please any one can help how i can achieve this.
