Hello all,

I have already created a graphical editor using sirius. Now I want to write some model to code transformation to generate an android application from the model, user created in my graphical editor. which transformation language is more suitable for this work?

Do you have any project, example or tutorial to explain how I could get model and write transformations?

Hi,

I am not really used to generate text from Ecore models but I believe that the most suitable language at the moment is Xtend [1]. I know that it works well with Xtext [2] but you should be able to use it separately. See for example:

If it does not suit your need you can also consider using Acceleo [3] but I personally find it less convenient:

There is also an Eclipse forum dedicated to M2T (model-to-text) tools [4], maybe that you would have more precise answers by asking your question there.
