I am new to eclipse. My version is 2019-06 (4.12.0). I am not able to add the Microsoft JDBC Driver 6.0 to the driver definition. All it shows is the generic odbc driver and does not allow me to navigate to the directory where I have the JDBC driver installed
C:\Program Files\Microsoft JDBC Driver 6.0 for SQL Server\sqljdbc_6.0\enu\jre8 with the sqljdbc42.jar.

Could this be because I do not have the correct version installed? I tried finding the specs on google, but could not find. My jdk version is 1.8.0_221.

Same with the jar tab. Please see attached screenshot. Can someone please help?

That's a version number, but it doesn't confirm that you have the "Data Tools Platform Enablement for Microsoft" feature installed. Is it? How did you install this copy of Eclipse?
