I don't see anything obviouse. I'll have to debug deeper into it.

I spent some time in the debugger now and finally also looked at it in an hex editor. It looks like there is some unicode character at the first position of this file. This should not be there. Have you edited this file with some application?

Actully even if i use the directly export file from 4diac-ide and the downloaded forte.exe the same error, i see the file format is utf-8, so which words are unicode?

sorry, the file generated from 4diac ide is ok, just now its's pointing to the enviroment virable. why the first file is not ok?

i find the reason, the file should be ANSI file type, utf-8 is not ok,

sorry for the late reply. Yes the problem with anything then a basic asci text file is that it has a prefix. we currently are not able to handle such a prefix.

that means we can't use unicode character for FB name and resource name , is that right ?

yes but that is currently anyhow not allowed by the standard.
