Hello everyone and sorry for my English. I installed "Eclipse IDE for Java Developers" from eclipse-inst-win64.exe, but when I launch I only get the error message "The Eclipse executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library."
Operative System Windows 8.1, 64 bit; Java version 8 (build 1.8.0_191-b12.
I ask for help, thanks.

Make sure you installed it to a location where you have full file permissions on its entire file tree, including the Execute permissions on any .dll and .exe files.
