SWTBot tests not running the correct application [message #1809766]

Hello,

I am trying to test a custom eclipse product with SWTBot test. However, even though I have selected the correct product in the run configuration, main tab under "Program to Run", this product is not being run when I run the SWTBot test. I know this because I have customized the eclipse product and removed several menus, views, perspectives, etc. from the product, however they appear on the product that is launched when the tests are run.

I am new to SWTBot tests, any help would be appreciated, thanks.
