Hello,

I am using Eclipse IDE for Java Developers, version 2019-03 (4.11.0), and I have stripped out the IDE in order to use the standalone help framework from another program.

Does anyone know if the internal browser is included with the Eclipse Standalone Help framework? When I launch it, the help always opens in the default browser on the system.
