Maven build issues [message #1809410]

I tried to run maven build locally on my own machine and this error came up. A week ago maven would successfully build.

I tried to google search and there is no result related to this. My friend and I tried to debug this for the last two and half hours but weren't able to find a solution. We tried to modify pom files and install those dependencies but none of those worked. And we suspect this is due to the recent "feature group update 201907120222".

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

p.s.: it might be that you did the build right when a new update site was deployed remote.
can you give details which update site you use?

I guess the reason is that the generated .target-file points to milestones update-site - this are all hickups because an Xtext-milestone is installed using the sim-rel repository - try updating the update-milestone site to https://download.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/xtext/updates/releases/2.18.0/
