Hello, is there any option to sync a UML class diagram (Papyrus 4.4.0) to changes made in source such as addition of a class attribute?

You can make a model element or a diagram synchronised by selecting Filters > Synchronized with Model from the context menu. Synchronising an entire diagram is not something I find useful as it forces the diagram to have everything from the related Package on the diagram. There's no option to synchronise elements by default (that I could find) but you can achieve this in a stylesheet by setting the property canonical: true; on the elements you want to have synchronised.
