I want to be familiar with how a Papyrus is implemented. Can someone tell me how to build an environment that compiles source code? I will have problems using Oomph according to the instructions of the official website.

This is the error message:

Hi Chao,

It's been a task I have to finalize to update the oomph setup of Papyrus (should be up and running soon-ish with the several latest released versions).

There are two ways (just in case one does not pan out for you) to do what you want to do:
1- Using oomph: For this one you should be able to follow the guide with very little adaptation to the new oomph layout (be aware that, from my latest experience with it, it seems oomph does not like when you create the necessary workspace and git folders ahead of time). At the end of the installation you should have your workspace and the git repository all cloned and ready for you.
2- From scratch: Downlaod the latest Eclipse package you want to use from here [1], then clone the git repository with egit from the following address [2]. From there you can install Papyrus from the latest released update site [3] and you should have the necessary setup to go on. Those steps are also detailed later on the Papyrus dev wiki page.

HTH,
Quentin

Hi again,
I see you have updated your answer, there are strange output on your trace:
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_91-b15 <-- This seems really old (and versions previous to 195/200+ have been know to produce ssl handshake errors)
Product org.eclipse.applications.papyrus.cdo.neon <-- This seem super old as well

Thank you very much for your reply. I have tried to import the source code , but there are a lot of plugins missing. Is there any way to solve the missing plugin problem at one time?My development environment is Eclipse Modeling Tools
The following pictures are missing parts
