Hi gyes,
I'm a beginner BIRT-user and I'm trying to build a BIRT report that includes a chart with a dynamic x-axis which adapts or adjusts its "step interval" dependeing on a Date-element Named "my new Interval". This "my new Interval" is calcutated in a table in the same report and its value changes everyime I use the report.

I believe this cannt be easily done throw chart setting since i can only set a fixed step Interval and what a i want is the opposite.

therefore, I tried to do this through the script-tag but i have no idea how to do it.

So i would be grateful if someone could help me.
