This may be way off the forum purpose.,
After spending much time working with "bluez" source code I have decided to roil my own C++ class.
Due to "buez" source being what it is it looks as there are at least two raw source codes.
For lack of better words - one is in "/lib/hci.c" and the other in "/client/main.c"
Apparently "main.c" is actually CLI application "bluetothctl".
Again - terminology is not the issue here.

My qustion to discuss - would it make more sense to use "hci" which seems to be the foundation for "bluez" to build C++ class ?

I would like to stress that I am not asking for code /solutions.
I like to have an open discussion which is NOT allowed in other forums.
