Hello to everyone here!

I am a new comer, trying to use the new updated Eclipse IDE (v.2019-03) on Windows 10.

I can't figure out how to type square braces, in fact I've been used to type it just with Ctrl + Alt + [ or Alt Gr + [ , it doesn't work and I don't know how to solve it.

I've been trying to look at some solution digging on net but the only proposal I saw, doesn't match with my problem.
The only one proposal received it lead me to check on :

Window ->
Preferences ->
General ->
Keys.

In fact there is no metion about square parenthesis, how is that ?

Last but not least, if I check in Help, I do not have Marketplace. Why ?

Thanks for any advice you would share.
