I'm having trouble installing CDT 9.5.5 in my Linux photon multi-user--which cannot be connected to the internet. When I use the Install New Software function in the UI (pointed to cdt-9.5.5.zip) to install the "CDT Main Features" it tells me it cannot install C/C++ Development Tools SDK because it doesn't have org.eclipse.launchbar.core 2.0.0. Furthermore, the portion of the CDT that it DOES install is available to me only and not to other users of this instance of photon.
So I have two questions: 1) how do I resolve the dependency problems, remembering I can't connect to the internet? 2) how to have the CDT functionality available to all users, not just me?\
BTW, this instance of Linux photon has been in use successfully by many people and already has several other plugins working fine.
