Just noticed something strange changing the profile picture.

Being logged in, the new profile picture is display in the link:
https://projects.eclipse.org/user/{USERID}
After logging out the old picture is displayed in the same link.
It's not a browser-cache issue.

Also being logged out, clicking on the name left of the picture, forwarding to:
https://www.eclipse.org/user/{USERNAME}
The new picture is displayed.
