How to customize column before load of birt report? [message #1802951]

I have created basic BIRT report which contains below columns:
1. Acoount Id
2. Account no.
3. Account name.
4. Account desc.

I am just using jsp to display birt report.
I have used "birt:viewer" tag to display the report.

I want to display column names to be displayed before loading the report, so that user can select some columns.
If user has selected Account no. and Account name only those two columns should be seen in the report after click of Submit button. Please help how can I achieve this using jsp.
