[PATCH] compiler: Show symbolic version when called with "-v" 
 
Not everyone outside of Ericsson is familiar with version strings 
represented like "/6 R5B" and how this maps to a symbolic version 
like 6.5.1 which are generally used in the Open Source world. 
 
This is useful if, for example, you want to make some shell script 
behavior depend on the version number of the TITAN compiler installed 
on the system at runtime.
