Dears

I'm using Eclipse photon, java 1.8

When I tried to install STS via Eclipse Photos Market Place, it gives me an error saying

Sometimes servers have problems. I was able to load the repository located at http://download.springsource.com/release/TOOLS/update/3.9.6.RELEASE/e4.8 just now, so all you can do is try again later when this happens.
