When deploying a web application on Tomcat I can see different changes in the file
/Servers/Tomcat v7.0 Server at localhost-config/server.xml

sometimes I see
<Context docBase="XYZ" path="/XYZ" source="org.eclipse.jst.jee.server:XYZ"/>

while some other (working in a team with other developers on the same project)

<Context docBase="XYZ" path="/XYZ" source="org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.server:XYZ"/>

which is the correct one (using latest WTP for Photon) and what could be the cause of this mismatch ?
Thank you very much.
