i have been tried all the ways that mentioned previously but this error is not getting away kindly support :-

this is the Error Message :-

What have you tried exactly? The error "Exception Description: An incompatible mapping has been encountered between [class test1.Roles] and [class test1.SubDepartment]. This usually occurs when the cardinality of a mapping does not correspond with the cardinality of its backpointer." indicates a mapping issue - we would need to see the mappings involved to be able to help.
