This is somewhat a dupe , but I would appreciate some answers.

I have to do "Refresh" to be able to "Run as -> Run Configuration -> Target Communication..."
Annoying but workable.

This is a new one.
I have to "Close project" and "Open project" to use / update recently changed *.cpp file.
(FYI the files are "linked"by complier and it used to work just fine )
Supper annoying...

Could somebody verify that I will NOT have same issue with latest Eclipse IDE?

I do not expect solution (for Oxygen) but sure would like to hear from somebody using the latest Eclipse IDE (C/C++) before I switch from Oxygen to Eclipse IDE.

Just FYI
Went back to Oxygen 3 (March 2018)
No need to close / open project to update source files.
I am still having a small issue with "refresh" after SOME builds.
